Carefully provides skin with moisture and nutrients needed to maintain a stable balance.  Fresh and never greasy, it effectively relieves dryness and upgrades moisturizing effects to achieve long-lasting oil control.  Use SHILLS Clarifying Toner daily to clean clogged pores, remove excess oil, dead skin cells and exfoliates in depth leaving the skin feeling refreshed and clear of acne.  An effective relief for irritated, damaged and oily skin.

* Seaweed Extract – moisturizing, softening effect and improve skin problems 
* Calendula Extract
* Cucumber Extract – moisturize the skin and has a soothing after effect.
* Witch Hazel Extract – Can effectively tightens pores; at the same time can add vitamin C magnesium phosphate.

Key Ingredients: witch hazel extract, seaweed extract, cucumber extract, Centellaasiatica extract, calendula extract, vitamin C magnesium phosphate, grape seed extract. 


Directions: morning and evening after cleaning the skin; damp cotton with appropriate amount and sweep onto face.
